What is the hot key to fill email address?

This is a good question, to save time and effort it is good to use hotkey to fill email address.

1. Use Google Toolbar, this browser offers auto fill, you have to just click in the text area after you have entered email one time.
2. Use Phrase Express which automatically expands typed abbreviations. You have to type just abbreviation and PhraseExpress will convert it in complete email address.
