What is Google voice search

Is this another voice activated program. Does it work with smart phones or is this a feature of the desktop.

What is Google voice search

Dear,

Voice Search is a feature of Google Search application for iPhone, BlackBerry, and Nokia S60 V3 phones. Voice Search is not available in all languages and all mobile phones. Yes it is work in a Smartphone. The Android Smartphone operating system also enables you to speak instead of typing in any application where you launch the keyboard and this is a feature for the desktop.

What is Google voice search

Hi Margaret,

If you have the latest version of Google Chrome installed in your computer, now you can search Google just saying your search term.

Before doing a voice search, make sure you have the latest version Google Chrome. To do this Go to the menu in the top right corner and select About Google Chrome and check for a new version of Chrome. Also, you need to make sure that you have connected an active microphone to your computer.

Now go to https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl click on the image of the microphone in the right corner of the search box and say your search term and Google will display the results as usual. If you ask a question by default the answer speaks to you. But you can set the preferences to disable this feature if required.
