What is the future of cloud computing?

Hi, I am looking for someone to give me an informed opinion on cloud computing for high performance computing applications. What does the future hold for it? The applications I am referring to are the scientific software that usually uses a high processing power. Will there be changes to the alternatives of the programs that are currently on use such as Cyclone, which is not that interesting to use. Thanks in advance for your help

What is the future of cloud computing?

The first thing to note when it comes to high performance in cloud computing is the use of cluster based super computers which include the data warehouses and the line of business applications. High performance will also include the use of data intensive computing and other forms of computational science that can be applied.

Up to now the process till includes the use of the stalwart applications that are for weather modeling and also for weapons research, but in the bigger pictures high performance will has been attributed to be part of server side computing which is set to be effective in future.
