What this Error Called and how this Maintain?

Hi,

I am trying to open the Bandicam for the audio recording but I am unable to use this properly. When I start this for the recording an error message appears like a weird deal. Is this the configuration problem? Can you send the proper instructions to use this software on my Windows 7 Operating System?

What this Error Called and how this Maintain?

Hi,
     First of all check the "speakers' settings, follow the below steps:

1. In primary sound device select "Win Vista/7/8 sound (WASAPI)" and "microphone" in secondary device.
2. Under sound tab click settings and click playback tab of windows. Set the speaker/headphones as default.
3. You will see the sound bar when speaker option is given.

If you cannot see the "WASAPI" option, then its a compatibility issues. Right click the Bandicam icon go to properties and compatibility then uncheck "Run this program in compatibility mode for". Then things will work.

If you cannot record with "WASAPI" option, try Stereo mix.  Select "show Disables devices" and "Enable". now start Bandicam choose "Stereo Mix" under settings & video tab.
