What is the easiest way Microsoft Publisher to Mac converter?

I've tried a couple of free wares but the result the output file is somewhat distorted. Please recommend free, easy to use and effective Microsoft Publisher to Mac converter.

Hi,

On the issue of converting one type of file to another have varying results. on most cases where there are only basic, simple file content in one file such as publisher and we can save or convert it to a mac file it will be successful with very minor changes. In some cases because of several complex or specially added features in a publisher file transferring to a mac file is very difficult and will result in format differences and complete incompatibility.

Incompatibility reasons for these are

• Fonts
• Shapes
• Macros/codes – if any provided
• Color schemes
• Other formatting

To go around this problem I suggest you convert the publisher file and polish it manually over mac, because this is the only way you can completely convert the file to look almost the same as it did in publisher.
