I need to create a search engine homepage with custom icons in Photoshop and illustrator  for a website I am developing. The site will contain web graphics Photoshop designs suggestions. What is the best software to install to be able to do that?

I recommend you to use Adobe Photoshop CS6. It is easy to install and you can easily learn in creating some graphics stuff for your website like GIF files, icons, logos, and banner. You can also download different artistic brushes that can make your work look more creative and interesting. Designing a website and making graphical contents would be easy and fun with the use of Adobe Photoshop CS6.
