Hello,

What is the best way in editing PDF files? I have hundreds of pdf files from scanned invoices. Is there a way that we can edit a PDF file? If there are none, what can you suggest? A way to make those files editable. This is very essential for my company, all the records and details are needed.

What is the best way in editing PDF files?

Hi,

It is possible to add text in a PDF:

First, check or modify the document protection (File-> Document Properties-> Security-> Method: choose no security). Second, go to Tools-> Advanced Editing-> Form-> select: Tools text field. Third, draw a rectangle where you want your text. Finally, select the tab "option" and type your text in the "value".

It is then possible to select the font, size, frame, filling colors and put on links of all types.
