What is the best content filter Mac address?

Content filter Mac address is actually not an application. It's a method of filtering the content over the network based on the MAC address of hosts. This is used where the WiFi is publicly available for free. In those scenarios, the content generated is from various machines using the WiFi connection. So, to filter out the content or to restrict some usage, MAC address which is the physical address of the network device becomes the basis for it. And since, its not an application, it can't be downloaded over the internet or installed on the system.
