In experiments, there are many reasons for the errors to occur, and the sources of experimental error depend on the type of experiments and many other factors. Some of the common sources of experimental error are –

– Wrong circuits – Connecting wrong wires may lead to wrong circuit designs, and this is an experimental error.

– Colour Interpretation – Difficult to differentiate colors in an experiment or mixing of colors.

– Measurements – Wrong measurements are common sources of experimental error.

– Difference in materials used by different people.

– External factors such as temperature, wind, etc. are common sources of experimental error.
