Below are the two alternatives to Textbroker. I haven't tried the two yet but from reading the reviews, I think the two both works well without any issues. Just choose one and try it out:

1. Scripted – This service offers higher rates, but they have fewer jobs and subjects to choose from. You need to apply for each category to accept a job. But once you are already in, you can earn $10 or up to how much the client will pay for your blog post.

2. Constant Content – This is a good site for freelancers to upload and sell articles.
