What are the features of scribus files?

It is a file type that is used for multiple windows and server based platform and is used by different windows applications. Its basic implementation is in designing software’s where it is being implemented in the format of PNG, JPEG and other related formats which are supported by the Adobe Photoshop and used in vector drawings.
