1. Password: This is a very common mistake by an administrator. Maximum times they do not change their default passwords. Also some times for easy use they change default password policy.
This is not recommended. To avoid password security risk please use Upper case, Lower Case, Numbers and symbols. Also need to change password on a regular basis.
2. Backup copy: Maximum times Administrator takes backup of only one copy and that too it’s on the same computer. But it must be many copies and must be placed in different places.
These two are the most important and very common mistakes by an administrator.
