What are the common mistakes by network administrators during network data backup and restoration?

What are the tips to overcome such problems and avoid a big disaster because the data is the most valued asset in any business and its security and confidentiality is very important to run a successful business?

What are the common mistakes occurred during Network Data Backup?

Hi there, please find below common mistakes by a network administrator.

1. Password: This is a very common mistake by an administrator. Maximum times they do not change their default passwords. Also some times for easy use they change default password policy.

This is not recommended.  To avoid password security risk please use Upper case, Lower Case, Numbers and symbols. Also need to change password on a regular basis.

2. Backup copy: Maximum times Administrator takes backup of only one copy and that too it’s on the same computer.  But it must be many copies and must be placed in different places.

These two are the most important and very common mistakes by an administrator.
