What applications related to informer documentation? I need a tool that can help me through business works and can analyze documentation state or status. Maybe there are some applications like this that is downloadable over the internet for free, I wish you can give me the best suggestion.

You can download various software which is freely available on the internet. Here are some of those:

1. Evince: it is a freeware which you can download from anywhere on the internet. You can easily use this software for pdf, postscript, djvu, tiff and dvi. It is best when you need to maintain integrity in your document.

2. Free File Viewer: if you need a freeware for some PSD files, you can open them easily using this software and the most important advantage of this software is that you can use it to view the PSD files even if you do not have Adobe® Photoshop® installed on your system.

3. Free File Opener: It is a freeware using which you can open any kind of file such as a document file, a movie or any picture file.
