Hello expert, I have bought a new webcam C250 to my PC. I am using windows 7, but the software for the webcam did not install automatically. Can you send me the website to download webcam software for windows 7 64bit for free?

Hi, basically there should be a CD containing a cam software with the cam you bought. If not then you can try a freeware cam software called ContaCam. It's free and comes with a cool feature to recover your deleted photos and videos. It can also recover files from corrupted volume. Here is the download link. Good luck.

Well here is what you are going to do. Go to this link and switch to the support+downloads tab and choose your OS and follow the instructions there to download the driver for your Logitech Webcam.

If you have a newly bought webcam and it didn’t work after connecting it to your computer, it means the device doesn’t have a generic driver or Windows doesn’t have an available generic driver that supports the device. This shouldn’t be a problem because you can always download the driver from the manufacturer’s website. Check the manual or the packaging of the webcam and look for the website.

The URL of the manufacturer’s website should be printed anywhere in the packaging or in the manual. Just visit the site and download the supported driver for your operating system. On the other hand, if you can’t find a supported driver or no website is available, you can download ManyCam instead.
