Hi there.  I just installed the BlueBox web based business software on my desktop.  The program just shows a black screen then crashes when launched.  What could be the problem?  I'm on a Windows XP 64 bit system.  Any help would be highly appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi Eliza Dunley,

I have here presented to you the minimum requirements before using the blueboxonline.com software and product. It says on their website that you must have at least a Pentium 4 processor, 2 GB DIMMS up to 8 GB memory. 500 GB hard disk drive and a DVD Media Rom. Please check all the necessary requirements including the .NET framework, C++ redistributable runtime and Java applets. You might have experienced problems that you are also lacking on.
