VSA Trading software shows error

Hi,

The VSA software is an important tool for traders. I have been using the application to analyze demands and supplies. The version installed is version 16 but it has problems on start up. It displays the following error. What is the cause of this? I have restarted the software but no success yet.

This error appears only at Windows XP users that are not connected to the internet and have not installed the last updates of the operating system. To fix this problem you will have to download an update of application because with that upgrade your program will run in a good way without errors.
