Vodafone mobile connect error due to user

Hello,

During the install of my Vodafone Mobile driver this error appears. I made a clear installation after the updates of my Windows 7 and now is not working. Any solution ? Can anyone tell me please what I did wrong ?

Vodafone mobile connect error due to user

Hi,

It seems that your USB driver is missing. To solve the problem, you should be following the steps below:

1. Download the specific USB driver for your phone from the official website.

2. Connect your phone to the computer.

3. Install the driver.

4. Reboot if it asks you to do so.

5. Disconnect the mobile.

6. Go to the phone setting and check appropriate USB connection is selected.

7. Connect your phone again to your computer.

Hopefully you won't see the problem again.
