Video error – Media Player can’t play video

Hi experts,

I am using Windows XP Operating System and when I try to play files on Media Player I get the following error. I reinstalled this Player but still have the same problem. I heard about you experts and I hope you can fix this matter easily. See the error below.

 

 

Video Error:

No video, only audio available

The video will be attached to the symbol so you can play it with your default media player.

Help me to resolve this problem.

Hi Charles,
I had the same problem a few times. This is what should help you with your audio and video problem.
First of all, you should try to play this video in some other player. If it
does not help, you can try to download and install the newest version of a
codec pack. You can try to install " K-lite codec pack 9.9 full".
