Hi,
I installed the new software for me Video Capture and I have this error when I want to run it. I don’t know why is saying that my sound card is not installed since I can listen music and it works just fine. If I press Yes nothing is happening and the software is closing. Can anyone help me please to solve this error? Is something wrong with my sound card?

Virtual Sound Card is a different one than the real one inside the PC. The virtual sound card is being emulated as another sound card inside your system so the software can access it easily. Also, many software may depend on it as it is designed to work on such system.
You have to press “Yes” to go to the download page. From there, download and install the program that it requires and restart your PC. Your program is good to go.

The error is actually not pointing to your physical sound card but to the virtual sound card. That virtual sound card is probably a component of the program that did not load successfully. If this error keeps appearing, try to uninstall and reinstall. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install.
Once installed, start Revo then select Video Download Capture among the applications and click “Uninstall.” Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then install Video Download Capture back.
If this doesn’t work, try running it as admin. Right-click Video Download Capture and select “Run as administrator.” If the problem continues, download the latest free trial: Video Download Capture on FileHippo or from the Video Download Capture homepage.
