VFS 004 scanner not working with omni vision super cam

Hey everyone,

I can not install the VFS 004 scanner I recently purchased. I calibrated the images but I get the error message "Please connect Omni Vision Super Cam" I get no confirmation so I don't think it calibrated properly but I can't be sure. I've tried an uninstall with no change.

VFS 004 scanner not working with omni vision super cam

Check the scanner and camera section. Remove any instances of it. Delete if from the device manager if it is in there., Control panel / system / hardware / device manager. It may not be there but if it is just deleted. Go to add and remove programs in the control panel , uninstall the software for the scanner.

Try using the different USB port. It seems the scanner is only compatible with a high speed USB port 2.0
