I have this Verizon XV6600 phone that came along with my Verizon plan. Now there is an error message saying that it is Unable to read Contact data! What is this error?
I am unable to read the business card that was sent to me by my friend who is in abroad. Any solutions for this matter? Thanks.

Hi Shaun,
This error is linked with installing Photo Caller ID in your phone. Â There are some files that have conflict with your device.
There is a tool that can locate dead files on your Windows Startup. Click here for the website. Â It's called SK tools which cleans up your registry and other maintenance work like to list all your Startup programs. Â
When you run this program this will direct you to your Windows directory specifically the AI caller ID listing, there are three dead files starting with AI or to be sure the files that does not work when you open it. Â
Remove those files and reboot your phone. Your Photo Caller ID will work fine and you won't have the error message again.
