There are following steps for using that u can solve your problem.
1. Turn your modem off and beck it on again. It will take 15 seconds for turning on. After that wait for 45 seconds that modem can synchronizes with server and connect with internet.
If your modem doesn't have power button the unplug and plug it.

2. Please check your DSL hardware connections

3. Check that NIC is working properly.Network Interface Card is functioning  or not for that check data port is off.

If you are using a USB mobile broadband stick to connect to the internet, check that the USB dongle you are using is connected to the internet. Click the “Connect” button on the modem’s dashboard to connect to the internet. Since this kind of modem relies on signal to connect to the internet, check that the USB dongle is receiving strong signal.

A weak signal can affect the modem’s connection. If the modem is receiving a very low signal, try moving to a different location where signal is strong. You won’t be able to connect to the internet if signal is very weak or there is no signal at all.

If the modem receives good signal but you are still unable to connect to the internet, try transferring the connection to another USB port. There are four USB ports at the back of the CPU by default plus one or more in front or at the front panel if you have this. Try transferring your USB dongle to all available USB ports to troubleshoot the problem.

Check that your subscription is active or you are not yet reaching the limit of your volume or bandwidth.
