Vapps Conferencing Plug-in and its uses

Hi,

I have a few inquiries. What is Vapps Conferencing Plug-in? Is it compatible with the Window Live Messenger? Please advice on the correct steps on how to use the plug-ins.  If I decide to use it, does it require making use of the newest version of the Windows Live Messenger?

Vapps is VoIP application Service provider is the  leading service provider for delivering high quality VoIP and phone based conference calling services. s working by combining proprietary technology and managed services expertise, which help leading companies bring conference calling to market quickly and easily.
I have heard before that Vapps , the global infrastructure supplier of VoIP conference call solutions, announced an alliance with Windows Live Messenger to offer free conference calling services to users of Windows Live Messenger through a convenient activity.
Also they have declared that users will be supplied the conference calling plug-in along with a conference bridge number as well as participant codes .
I think the most recent version of Windows  Live messenger will be  having all the application in it and no need of plug ins to be added in it.
 
In yahoo messenger we had a Vapps and its under use.
