Using TV and monitor in one for LG

What could be the possible disadvantages in terms of longevity and functionality with the latest usage of LG brand having a TV and monitor and even gaming capabilities combined into one?

Using TV and monitor in one for LG

Longevity of any product will remain on how you use it. If you are going to use it on a normal basis then it may come for around 5-6 years. If you are going to you it all a time then it will come you only for 2-3 years. The you are using only gaming console point for longer period then you may lose that functionality.

So, better use all the functionality in proper manner rather using each of them in a variant. According to the product you have mentioned the vendor may provide a warranty period of only 1 year later if it doesn't work you need to scrap it.
