Using gimp to draw diagrams in GIMP Quick Lite

I am not much of a guru when it comes to editing, making layouts and the likes. Lately, I am trying to use GIMP Quick Lite in Using gimp to draw diagrams. The tutorial page I have seen still looks a bit complicated for a newbie like me. I would like some help if someone could probably tell me a bit of a quick step process on how to make a simple diagram using Quick Lite for Gimp?

Using gimp to draw diagrams in GIMP Quick Lite

You have made the right decision by choosing Gimp Quick Lite for image generation and processing purposes. You can make use of various features like transitions, selective gaussian bar and high pass filter for better results.

Some useful plug-ins that can be used for texturing are DevianArt, Goro and GIMP Paint Studio.

Using gimp to draw diagrams in GIMP Quick Lite

Hi,

 

Just go to scale image options and try there. You can change the size of the image. There are boxes that you can put the scale 

 

The number that you want. Or better yet check again the gimp lite quickies from the gimp website. Just read the instruction and there some step by step image you can follow.
