Upgrading my android version on same phone

If I am using a phone which has an older android version and there is already a newer version in the market, can I upgrade my phone to the newest android version. There are a lot of people in market who claim to do this, but is it safe? I have heard the phone might stop functioning properly if I do this. Any suggestions?

Upgrading my android version on same phone

You can easily upgrade your older android version with the newest Android version. It's safe, no problem And it's properly good working. But the new android also best to use and properly enjoyable. Upgrading my android version on same phone

There must be some problems regarding your applications you are running on your android device, but it can be solved as you have Google backup , upgrading to a newer version can wipe your phone so its good to have backup so that you can install all the apps you were using before.
