Is updating PC really important?please help

Hi guys,

I want to know that is updating my PC is important or not. I mean if I don't update my PC will it not work normally as I don't have internet connection that is broadband connection but I use Mobile internet only via USB cable which will not be able to download PC updates.

Hello,

Updating means having the new and upgraded software installation on your system. It’s not so important but in many case, you must do it.

Now-a-days, malware is one of the greatest threat to one’s privacy. In the case of a PC, it’s on the greatest threat. So, you must update your antivirus or internet security software regularly to keep yourself safe.

In the case of other software, for example, internet browser or media player, update not required unless it’s very important. You should update your browser or media player after each 2-6 months.

Updating Windows isn’t so important because in many case, Windows Update causes problem and Microsoft installs the latest version of their software except uninstalling the older version. Some updates make very much trouble so installing Windows update isn’t so important.

In other case, you don’t have to update your software so often unless it’s very important.

Updating your PC is very important because every day hackers try to make some attacks because they are always in search of flaws or the weak point where they can attack so in order to prevent it updating your PC is the best to keep your PC secure. Every time when the PC is updated some new features is added to it in order to make the OS more user friendly.

And as the hardware requirements are changing day by day so in order to keep updated and make the system more reliable new updates are introduced.
