Is it possible to update a Google document by uploading files from MS outlook, Excel, PowerPoint or Word?

Yes it is possible. Simply,

Click the file / link

Now click "Update" > select updated version from local file system. And upload

There is no fixed standard; the recommendation is that the width should be about 95% of the page width, because the use of extra margin varies in different browsers. We strongly suggest that you read the article written on this site:

3. How can I import Gmail contacts to iCloud contact list?

First of all please note that do not try to sync your contacts using Google sync with I cloud. Second point to note is that your ICloud contact list should be EMPTY / BLANK

Now perform the following steps:

Login to Google, click on contacts

Now click on export

Select everyone

Now select Vcard Format, and then click on export

The file so created is with an extension of .vcf, save it on your desktop (You may rename it e.g abc.vcf)

Now login to iCloud

Now click on the icon- contacts

Drag your .vcf file from your desktop to the left or right corner of your page.

Updating Google document by uploading files from MS outlook

If you want to update Google documents by uploading files from Ms Outlook, it is recommended that you can install a plug –in called Harmony for Google Docs, besides you will add a sidebar to your Outlook so that you can access your online documents from virtually any Outlook screen.

At the time of your sending an email message that contains attachments, then Harmony will inquire  if you would like to upload the attachments to Google Docs and instead  of sending the  links of  the uploaded files to the desired  recipient.
