Update error 127 in Zone Alarm 2012

Hi, during the time of updating to the 2012 Zone Alarm the process is getting failed in my XP operating system.

After completing 15% every time it is failing to proceed and showing ERROR 127. I have asked in a forum but they didn’t reply my message. Waiting for help. Thanks.

Update error 127 in Zone Alarm 2012

If you encountered a failed update when updating ZoneAlarm 2012, try restarting the computer then try again. If you still encounter the same error on the next attempt, you need to check your internet connection.

Open your web browser then try visiting some web sites or try watching some online videos to see if your current internet connection is stable enough to stream videos.

If you verify that your computer’s connection is ok, try uninstalling ZoneAlarm 2012 from your computer. Next, check your computer for any possible errors.

Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton SystemWorks. After checking your system, install ZoneAlarm 2012 then proceed on updating it again.
