Hello there Sevenseven, my suggestion to your problem is first remove all the premature installation files. and then download the .net framework 4.5, cause sometimes having an outdated .net framework

    This error is caused by a program that is running on the problem had encountered a problem that interrupted the installation. Error 1935 is often caused that the .Net framework on the computer is having some issues. Best way to determine it is by running a repair on the .Net framework 4.0 if not present look for .Net 3.5 and then proceed with the repair same as how you do it with other software. Beforehand, make sure that both .Net is enabled under Windows features on control panel.
