Unlocker Mod version 5.00 gives error of opening file

Hello guys, I am trying to install “Unlocker Mod version 5.00” for deleting some of my folders which are unable to delete normally. But as I was installing the following error occurred

Error opening file for writing:

DataLocalizationENz_mod_2011_GlobexCo.en

Click Abort to stop the installation,

Retry to try again, or

Ignore to skip this file.

Does anyone know how to install it correctly? Please also let me know that what I did wrong during the installation process that this error occurred.

Unlocker Mod version 5.00 gives error of opening file

First of all, remove all the components of Unlocker Mod v5 and then download it from the link below:

http://www.victorfleur.com/citiesxl/

Click the Download button and select Unlocker Mod V5 from the list. You need to run the installer as the Administrator in order to install it correctly.

Unlocker Mod version 5.00 gives error of opening file

First try scanning your computer for any malware and make sure that your computer is clean.

It seems as if there is something wrong with the installation package that you are using so I would suggest you to remove the installed program and then download a fresh copy of the latest Unlocker Mod from here. Then you should run the setup to perform a clean installation.
