Hi!

I want to know what is LaCie Sphere hard drive. What is its minimum and maximum space for storing files? Does it uses USB cord or is it connected wirelessly? How much will it cost to have this hard disk? What are the operating systems supported by this? What are the platforms that are supported? What about its cyclic redundancy? How was it? How does it perform? What is the speed of transfer and receive data? Can you please provide feedback about this?

Lacie Sphere is in fact one of a kind hard disk drive. So far the only sphere drive I saw. Sphere is quite expensive though. It is completed with silver chassis. It will cost you MSRP $490 up to $550 for just a 1TB hard disk drive. The warranty can cover this disk for 3 years. This is a USB powered device. Software or installation cd included with smart backup. Lacie Setup Assistant optimizes the usability of this device. You can also create partition using its bundled cd. Works with previous and latest operating system with 3.0 USB supported systems.
