When opening the Replay Media Catcher and record something, a pop up message will appear. It started after attempting to upgrade it. I already tried to uninstall and reinstalled but the same error occurs. This is happening for few days now and I'm not sure what to do to fix it. Can someone please help me?

Could not load driver appliand. This can happen if product has previously been uninstalled and then reinstalled again before rebooting the machine.

If the problem started when you tried upgrading it then simply download the new version manually instead of using the Update or Upgrade option in the program. If the program still doesn’t work even if you reinstall it, it is because of the previous upgrade. It somehow modified some system resources and possibly the program’s entries in the Windows registry.

To try fixing it again, uninstall it then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and then click OK. Check “Temporary files” and click OK to start removing temporary files from your hard drive. After that, restart your computer. Next, download and install Replay Media Catcher 5.

This should fix the problem. This latest version supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. Additionally, this program requires internet connection and you cannot use it if you don’t have internet connection. This application is similar to Sothink Web Video Downloader that can download streaming videos. But the difference is that, with Sothink, it is limited only to videos while with Replay Media Catcher, it can download both streaming video and music materials.
