Undetected cause of installation error

Hi experts!

I don’t know what to do now, please help!

I tried to install this thing on my computer and I followed all the steps described to install this but I get an “Installation Failed” error. Following is screen shot describing what I have done and what the error is:

Undetected cause of installation error

Hi  shara , 

Firstly let me tell you , whenever you post any questions in this site , Please type your questions correctly and tell us everything you can tell regarding the problem you are facing. Here you are given some screenshots but that doesn't specify which program you are trying to install , i can barely read anything in the screenshot because of its low quality.

you could have atleast specify the application you are trying to install here atleast. Without the name ,version or if possible other details we cant help you out .
