I am running Window 7 64bit 9GB which was recently replaced and set up for point cloud handling 2011 and 2012 versions. However I encountered the error below. Please help me solve this…

Hi there Silvia,
 
The error you're getting isn't actually an error, it's just a warning that says one of the shortcuts is missing. Most likely you've misplaced it during the reinstallation of your OS.
 
To resolve the problem, check the path via the explorer and see if you have anything there. Replace missing folder and (or) files and everything should be working fine again.
