Unable to load Kaspersky on Windows vista

Hi All,

I have a Sony Vaio laptop and a Vista OS. Every time I turn on my laptop an error always pops up saying my anti virus (Kaspersky) is not working.

Please see attached photo for reference.

I have installed the software again and again but the same thing happens. Till now my anti virus is not working what should I do? If you know the answer please reply.

As stated, you keep installing this anti virus and still the same problem happen. Update your antivirus and perform a full system scan because you might have virus, Trojan or a malware infection in your machine. If this will not work, for the last time, uninstall Kaspersky and restart your machine and install it during your computer's safe mode state.

During this state, some virus processes are disabled. If the problem is still the same, try replacing your antivirus, and install it still during your computer's safe mode state. If you will have a successful installation, update it and perform a full system scan. I hope this will solve your problem.
