Unable to install LG thrill Update after window upgrade.

I have upgraded from windows vista to windows 7 recently. Previously I  could easily use the LG tool to update my android phone but after installing windows 7 I am unable to install LG thrill update. It downloads to about 40% and then the it just hangs.

Unable to install LG thrill Update after window upgrade.

Hi,

First you must uninstall your old version of LG Thrill update, and download the new version of update tool on LG's website. Before you start to download update consider these reminders:

• Make sure your battery is fully charge.
• Save all important files prior to updating on your device. Any files not saved on PC or SD card may be removed.
• Remove memory card.
• Exit all applications on your PC before going on with the update.
• Make sure "Mass storage only" mode is unselect.

Make sure your driver is up to date. Restart your computer and install the LG Tool accessible to Windows 7. You can now connect your device and start the update.
