Hello! I cannot log in to WHS Outlook.

This message showing every time I try to log on as an administrator. Sometimes also as a user I cannot log in.

I tried to uninstall Outlook from my WHS and then re installed it again but error still there.

How can I fix this?

To solve that problem, I will suggest that you try deleting the term on the home server profile that has the users and then recreate it afresh.

If that does not solve the problem then you can also try the following:

  • You should ensure that all the instances being executed by the WHS Outlook are completely closed down.
  • After that, you will then connect to the WHS as the administrator via remote desktop connection.
  • Once you have been able to access the administrator's desktop, from there click on Start and then Run.
  • Type the command that follows, with the quotes included: Regsvr32 "C:Program FilesThe Office MavenWHS OutlookRedemption.dll"
  • If you get a prompt that tells you DllRegisterServer in the Redemption.dll file has succeeded, then everything should work fine.
