Nine attachment files including Surpac Software have been sent to me decompressed by WinRAR. And I am not able to extract the files and use downloads the software.

If you are having a problem extracting the contents of compressed attachments, maybe you are extracting its contents directly from the web server. Maybe this is what’s causing the problem.
Try downloading the attachments first to your local hard drive. After all files have been downloaded, make sure to scan them first with your antivirus just to make sure that they are all clean and free from any types of infection.
After the virus check, you can now extract the contents of the compressed files using WinRAR maybe, if you have it. Or, if WinRAR was unable to extract the contents of the files, try using a different file extractor like 7-Zip.
To download 7-Zip, you may visit 7-Zip and then install it on your computer afterwards.
The latest and stable version is 7-Zip 9.20.
