Hi there,

What could be the problem with my desktop computer (Dell Inspiron one 20) which is running on Ubuntu 13.10 since it seems not to recognize AMD Radeonâ„¢ HD 7700 series graphics card, I have tried plugging, restarting and checking for drivers but it seems not to work, Games are not rendering better!

Hi Deangellopeter,
There are multiple solutions to solve the problem of GPU card in the Ubuntu system.
Solution 1:
1) Use the open source Radeon driver and install Jupiter to control power consumption
2) It will be compatible with the system and use the GPU card

Solution 2:
1) User can downgrade the Ubuntu software to 12.04
2) Use the legacy driver with 12.04 version of Ubuntu software

Solution 3:
1) Follow the instructions and downgrade the XServer to 1.12
2) Use the proprietary legacy driver and work with the GPU card
