I am using two HP All-in-One Printers. Now what I want to do is to print same document on two printers at the same time. How can I command the printers to do that? Please help.

Hello Yuan.

If you are running Windows, you will need a third-party software to accomplish that.  AND Technologies has an application called MultiPrinter Port

http://www.andtechnologies.com/index.php?q=free-software/multiprinter-port

It works on all Windows versions and is free to download and use.  For it to work, you will be required to install a separate driver for every printer that you will be using even if the printers are of the same make and model.  You can also set it up so that it prints out to a physical printer while it also prints out to a file.

I don't know of any such tool for Linux or Mac OS but I'll be sure to update you if I do find one.

Hope this helps!
