Twixtor Plug-In Problems, please help

Hello,

Every time I apply Twixtor to one of my videos the computer locks up, it is very annoying because I’m editing a video for a friend. This is the setup I am using:

Display: Twixtored Output
Display Layer: All
Draw Geom: Checked
Time Remap: Speed
Speed %: 0.4
Frame: 0.00
Track Quality: Best
BG MotionSens: 94.74
Image Prep: None
cache OptFlow: Checked
Frame Interop: Blend
Warping: Forward
Smart Blend: Checked
Src:Mark Seg: Cut A

Any suggestions? If I were to fix this I could get back to editing again.

Twixtor Plug-In Problems, please help

Twixtor is a plug-in used in Adobe After Effects to smooth time-lapse videos or to give the best edge in giving an extreme slow motion on a video. Some of the posts that I’ve read used Twixtor as plug-in for Adobe After Effects. But I’m not really sure if this is the only application where Twixtor can be used.

Since this is the only program that makes your computer lock up, try doing a clean installation of your video editor again together with this plug-in to restore it to its default configuration. This problem is probably caused by a corrupted file in the plug-in or maybe the plug-in is already corrupted that’s why your machine locks up whenever you use it.

Uninstall your video editor then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the video editor again after this followed by the Twixtor plug-in and then check if the problem is fixed.
