My Turbine game Launcher got an error message.
I tried uninstalling this and reinstalling it back which caused so much time and still launcher meets an error.
Is there a fix to this problem?

"System.IO.FileNotFound" error which appears when you try to run Turbine's game launcher is commonly caused by improperly functioning NET Framework installation on your computer. To fix this problem, do the following steps:
1. Uninstall older versions of NET Framework from your computer by clicking "Start", then click "Settings" and click "Control Panel".
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs"
3. Wait until the list populates, scroll down and find "Microsoft NET Framework", click on it and then click "Remove".
4. Repeat this removal process for all other NET versions installed on your computer.
5. Visit Microsoft's official website by clicking here and click the red "Download" button
