Tunebite is not working after purchasing

I recently bought Audials Tunebite 9 which I used for converting and recording music. But the program is not working. I heard about people complaining about this software. Tunebite could not even copy a large audiobooks. Tunebite is offering a better support when using a trial version. But I can only make the program work with 30 sec. trial version only. Just when I thought that when I bought a premium version, I can enjoy bigger and better features. What can I do now? Any advices?

I have heard that TuneBite allow to convert any of the existing mp3 files on  hard drive into files without DRM protection.And it also allow to convert online music files as well.
It's main three functions are:
1.Universal video/music converter
2. The best DRM removal software
3. Online streaming media recorder

But you are saying it cant do a large audiobook itself.Actually i think it's for removal of DRM protection mainly. I think tunebite is widely used and no other issues are noted yet.


I think it will help you for more scientific approach and can do more online streaming recording.And try to do in small counts so it may work.

Actually I am also using Audials Tunebite but I did not have any problems converting audiobooks or using the other features. On my computer it works perfectly. You could, for example, get some help by going here: https://audials.com/forum/. Usually, the forum offers a lot of support.
