True Images Error code 0x0004000A

Good Day,
When I open true images 2010 and office backup the software ends showing the error code 0x0004000A.
Can someone please tell me what this is? I am relying on you guys to solve this problem.

True Images Error code 0x0004000A

Good day to you.

I have researched your problem in the internet and looks like a lot of people have faced it. The most likely reason behind this problem is that True Image is facing problems to access the files that you are backing up. Lack of proper permission or size of the file both can cause this problem. Anyways, many have used the following steps and solved the problem.

You should go for a partition backup. Another choice is to decrease the number of files being backed up- suppose you make three backup tasks and turn off compression is the backup settings.
