Hello, in our office there is a system working for automatic routing of incoming faxes to individuals microsoft fax server with exchange server. From few days we noticed that some faxes are getting missing because of proper configuration we think. Any expert advice please?

There might problems with requesting access to the network, request may time out and it causes for some fax message to not be sent or received. You can check for the update on your Exchange server, and see if you can do any roll back or if your exchange server is not updated you can go and update it.
