I wanted to book train tickets on Trenitalia for one station to another. I entered all the details correctly and selected the option to proceed. But then I got an error code 98Â saying that the booking was not confirmed and the transaction was not completed. Please help.

Please confirm that your bank is allowing you to do such transactions.
- Make sure the details and credentials you have entered are correct.
- Try any other payment option.
- Go to another site for ticket booking.
- Check if there is an option to pay via PayPal.
- Note down the transaction Id book a complaint ticket to reimburse your payment.
- Make sure your debit card limit is not exhausted.
