Hello,

I am afraid that my PC can crash any time and I want this error solved but I don’t know how. Can anyone help me fix this error, please?

If this error appears immediately after starting Windows then the application is really started in the Windows Startup. But since the name of the program is mentioned in the error message, it is easy for you to fix the problem unlike other startup errors where the name of the affected program is not visible.

Here, the application causing the error is the Tra Thep Hinh. If this program was recently installed, I don’t think it suits your operating system. If the program works fine before then you can try reinstalling it. Uninstall Tra Thep Hinh, restart your computer, and then install it back. See if the error appears again when restarting the computer.

If the same error appeared, try running the program in compatibility mode for Windows XP. You need to do this because when I searched for Tra Thep Hinh, the only version I found was the Tra Thep Hinh 2.0 and it doesn’t even support Windows Vista and higher. If you wish to download the installer again, visit Tra Thep Hinh. It supports Windows 98, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.

Right-click on the program’s shortcut and select Properties. Select Compatibility tab. Under “Compatibility mode” section, check “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and then select Windows XP from the dropdown list. Click OK and start the program. See if it works. If it doesn’t, try checking if the program has already released a new version.
