Transferring Data Automatically Between Laptop and Phone?

I use both my laptop and phone a lot for business. I do not have the time to spend always transferring or updating the other one with contacts and files. I really could use a program that will keep the phone and laptop in sync with each other updating or deleting info. Any suggestions?

Transferring Data Automatically Between Laptop and Phone?

Hi, Joseph D Saunders yes you can but if you use WiFi you have a lot of things to do. The easiest way is to activate the Bluetooth of both dives; in that way they can talk to each other and you can share you file to one another. Also there is application where in you can download; this application will be helpful tool in sharing files and information with other computer.
