Have you heard of the Touch-Screen buttons that would appear and disappear on the touch-screen?  Can you tell me more about it?

Touch-Screen Buttons That Will Appear and Disappear

It is true that Tactus joined forces with Touch Revolution to create something unseen until now. This would permit the user to interact with the touchscreen via physical buttons that rise from the screen and go back to invisibility when they aren't used. The prototype is announced to be on a Google android tablet. 

The buttons will leave no trace when they disappear in the display, only the unique experience marked on the users face. According to the company, "The tactile layer panel is completely flat, transparent surface that adds no extra thickness to a standard touchscreen display". When we will activate the screen, a thin layer will deform and reveal the physical buttons which will be the user-device interface.
